My favorite coffee place is now my new workplace. and although I will be daily resisting their delicious dessert coffee’s I wanted to compile a list on some calorie conscious options for when I do need a little treat or pick-me up, and hey the fact that it’s free now helps too ;)

**Hot Drinks**
(all available iced as well)

SKINNY CARAMEL MACCHIATO
Tall- Only 100 calorie!
Grande- 140 calories

SKINNY CINAMON DOLCE LATTE
Tall- 90 calories

SKINNY VANILLA LATTE (or any other sugar-free flavor)
Tall- 90 calories
Grande- 130 calories

NONFAT CHAI TEA LATTE
Tall- 150 calories

**Cold Drinks**

LIGHT CARAMEL FRAPPUCCINO
Tall- 90 calories

LIGHT VANILLA FRAPPUCCINO
Tall- 130 calories

LIGHT MOCHA COCONUT FRAPPUCCINO (liquid samoa’s..for real)
Tall- 110

** Although I am not a tea drinker all of Starbucks Tazo tea’s are very low calorie as well as any brewed coffee with skim milk and sweetener added :)

And most of these drinks also have a good amount of protein in them! Again, not something that should be consumed daily but if you are ever stopping by don’t think you have to blow your day!
