Busy, busy and no workout again today! I think I'm having workout withdrawal if that's possible.
I'm starting to feel like a lazy lump! I don't feel as tight and strong. I don't like that. Of course rest is good and I get super tired on Fridays so my body probably isn't too angry with me for giving it a bit of rest.
Tomorrow though? I'm hitting it hard. At least C25K and a bodyrock workout but maybe two bodyrock workouts.
Definitely ready for a healthy weekend.
