I tried this recipe for the first time today and it was pretty good! Next time I would use less pizza seasoning (or oregano as the recipe calls for... I just happened to have pizza seasoning). It was too oregano-y for me. A little less and it would be great.
I am not posting a picture of the finished pizza because four minutes under my broiler was a bit too Lon. The recipe says three to four minutes. I think mine would have been good at two. It was very dark around the whew and on one big portion. Luckily it bubbled up so I could pick the burnt part off.
Overall? It was good! A little less seasoning and the taste would have appealed to me more. The burnt part really wasn't an issue since it was such a thin layer that was easily removed.
