I love cooking! I used to post a lot of things that I made. I haven't done that as much lately. I'm going to try to post one healthy meal a week. I cook/eat healthy most of the time but sometimes I have leftovers or something quick, instead of cooking.
This week's meal....
Twice baked sweet potato, a turkey sausage "breadstick," and a side of steamed veggies.
The sweet potato recipe is from the Kraft website and the turkey sausage breadstick idea is from the back of the package (Jennie-O brand). The potato recipe calls for pecans on top, which I forgot to buy. I also used reduced fat crescent rolls instead of breadsticks for the sausage.
It was a great meal! I would recommend both recipes to anyone!
