What I Ate Wednesday
I liked an idea that
has been doing so I decided to give it a try. Hopefully I remember to do it every week. I'm good at forgetting. :)
Breakfast: A vanilla protein shake and egg whites.
Snack: Apple and almond butter.
Lunch: Sloppy joe (made with extra lean beef and on a whole wheat bun).
Dinner: Spaghetti squash with spaghetti squash, garlic green beans, and fruit.
